We are currently seeking a motivated HR Associate. You will strengthen the current HR team (2 colleagues) and help build the growth of the HR department and consequently the growth of the company!

Your duties
- You draft and publish job postings on various platforms
- You will handle incoming applications and proactively search for the right candidates for our job openings.
- You conduct job interviews and follow up with candidates
- You collaborate with interim offices
- You will deal with payroll administration and liaise with the social secretariat
- You will create employment contracts and deal with onboarding, outboarding and evaluation interviews
- You deal with general human resources issues
- You also do further administrative handling of your HR duties

What you need
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree
- Experience in HR/recruitment
- Good knowledge of Dutch
