We are currently seeking a motivated Financial administrative assistant. In this job, you will provide administrative and operational support within our services, contributing to a smooth financial and administrative flow.

- You process incoming and outgoing invoices
- You manage the inbox and ensure proper communication and follow-up
- You will work closely with the Finance team
- You will process loan applications and manage files for loan applications/credits
- You will support the Finance manager and also report to this person
- You do further administrative processing
You are someone who
- Able to work independently
- Eager to work numerically

- Is stress resistant
What you need
- A Bachelor’s degree in a financial field or demonstrable relevant experience
- Experience in billing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good knowledge of Dutch
