We are currently seeking a motivated Financial administrative assistant.  In this job, you will provide administrative and operational support within our services, contributing to a smooth financial and administrative flow.

Your duties

  • You process incoming and outgoing invoices
  • You manage the inbox and ensure proper communication and follow-up
  • You will work closely with the Finance team
  • You will process loan applications and manage files for loan applications/credits
  • You will support the Finance manager and also report to this person
  • You do further administrative processing

What you need

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a financial field or demonstrable relevant experience
  • Experience in billing
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Good knowledge of Dutch
